I have kits to make GBA and NDS M3 perfect skins. I can get that for you if you want.

I'll find the files later today. It's not as cut and dry. You open up images and edit them in a certain way. It relies on a palette system, so use something like photoshop. After that, there's some compiler and a .txt file you edit to change where you want the icons to be places on the menu screen.

It's a learning curve.
