You need to have save files in a folder in the root of the SD card.

Example:
root/NDSSAVE/0004 - Feel the Magic - XY XX (US)(M6).dat

When you patch your games, the program will automaticly create .dat files in
c:/NDSSAVE/
Copy them into a folder in your SD card named NDSSAVE
So!

I got that Folder called NDSSAVE with the save *.dat files in it.
I patch the games before i play them and when i play them at the first time, M3 creates the save files automatically.
But from time to time the save file is gone and I don't know what to do (and yes, the games are allready patches and works flawless).

Read the message in RED when the M3 starts up the next time. Check to see if it is saying that it's saving the data to the flash card or whether it couldn't open the file.
