I deleted _DS_MENU.DAT, _DS_MENU.SYS and _system_ from the microSD, and then I copied everything that was in the zip file to the root (meaning _system_ and _DS_MENU.DAT)
on my microSD I have:
Retro Atari Classics
Bomberman
Castlevania - DoS
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
Bust-A-Move DS
Worms
Clubhouse Games
TH's Downhill Jam
Elite Beat Agents
Final Fantasy - Chocobo Tales
Animal Crossing
Brain Age
Osu Takae Ouendan
Trioncube
Mario and Luigi
Metroid Prime Hunters
Rayman - RR
Tetris
Trauma Center
Castlevania - PoR

Do none of these games have cheats?

same, i just wasted over 3 hours copying and pasting animal crossing cheat codes only to find the dam thing don't work

They should work, MPH, tetris, EBA, definitely 80% of that list works for me

k, it works now. It was a caps problem. The folder was named "_system_" instead of "_SYSTEM_"

just tried it.


That's cos they are exactly the same file, compare it in a hex editor to see for yourself

And it's because they are exactly the same flash card with different brandings. Hence why you could cross a couple jumpers to change an R4DS to an M3 Simply in the first batch and vice versa. Some people seem to forget that the R4 team and the M3 Simply team are basically one in the same

yeah, i think the only thing that isn't exchangeable between the two cards is the firmware, which is why you use the R4 DLDI file to patch homebrew for the M3 Simply also

Wow, I'm glad there's a cheat function for the M3DSS now but half of the games I actually play on my flashcart don't even have cheats for it in the database .
