Hacking M3 download play

Hey guys. Well I think it's time for me to get one of'em 1-slot solutions and I think I'm going for the m3 but there's one thing i'm still wanna know before i buy it. How well is it's download and play capabilities? Any info is really apreciated, thanks in advance!

So basically the best games won't work (MK, Worms, DKR, Metroid, etc.)

But the same list goes for R4, AceKard, EZ-Flash V, etc. too.
Only DS-X has somewhat better Download Play compatibility (Works with MK and Worms...), but it's also somewhat more expensive and has 512MB storage limit...

I have a M3 DS Simply and download play seems to work fine on the games i have tested. Tetris and Bomberman definitely work. I can't think of the others i have tried, but I would assume that most if not all download play works.

I guess i spoke too soon. I will have to test some of the nonworking games.
