Hacking Luma3DS xorpads and CIA files - How do I make Cia files now?

Back when I first got my 3DS I was able to use rxTools to make xorpads for 3DS game dumps. I'm trying to do that again on Luma3DS but the directions are as clear as mud.

Is there a way to generate xorpads by using the Home Brew Launcher or anything else in Luma3DS?

I want to turn my Zelda OoT cart into a CIA.

no, Decrypt9WIP is a better option. you can dump game cards directly to CIA now. it also does generate xorpads, if you want.

to dump your game card directly to CIA:

• use Decrypt9 or the latest Hourglass9 (if on a9lh)
• use "Gamecart Dumper Options"
• use "Dump Cart to CIA"

to generate xorpads:

• put ncchinfo.bin in a folder called files9
• use Decrypt9
• use "XORpad Generator Options"
• use "NCCH Padgen"

I'm on Firmware 11. It's using Luma3DS. Decrypt9 wants me to be on 9.2 so that's not an option. I'm going to dump my cards with Hourglass9. I would still like to use xorpads later on.

you can use D9 through a9lh (luma chainloader), similar to using Hourglass9.

I have to say, in my professional opinion that decrypt9 is freaken dope. I was like, where do I get this bin file, only to search around the option and it had the extractor for it and everything. This is way better then how I did it a few years back. Back then I needed to put the whole 3ds game on the card and the xorpad was as big as the game. Now I just have to figure out how to install a cia without putting it on the system first. I'm looking at QR Links. I'll work more on it tomorrow.
