Hacking Luma3DS - Noob-proof 3DS Custom Firmware

I apologize in advance if it has been asked several times already, but this thread is humongous, but I have just installed a9lh and Luma3DS CFW using the DSiWare Downgrade, so I started on 11.1.34 and now I'm 9.2.0, is it really safe to update my 3DS firmware (I'm on a New 3DS if that makes any difference, which I think it shouldn't)

I want to install a9th to install luma 3ds but i'm blocked on ctrtransfer(3ds.guide), it doesn't work. I redowloaded the file 3 times and rechecked my o3ds (9.2.0-20E), reformated my SD card and even used Tera to copy the file but nothing! Help me!

It tells you right there. You have a region mismatch. Grab the European one. Don't use US or Japanese one.

Like i said i used the right version EUR but it still say region does not match

Pics of your 3ds system menu maybe?. there is no reason for the ctrnand image to mismatch. If the console is EUR and the image is EUR then it should straight up work

Just to make sure, use D9 to dump SecureInfo_A and verify your region there
