Hacking Luma3DS installation problems

So I'm having troubles with Section 1's "Repeat steps 29 through 33, this is not optional (in other words, you must TinyFormat your RedNAND twice - if you do not, your device may brick when you downgrade)" on the Plailect's Guide, when I went to launch FBI to install tiny format after doing a tiny format for emuNAND, I had an error that it won't let me install 'tinyformat' CIA to do a repeat for 'tinyformat' again.!

I did replaced tinyformat' cia again, with another tinyformat' cia on a formatted emuNAND on Luma3ds but it's does not let me install.

Can I just use my backup emuNAND saves and restore it, so my backup emuNAND saves is on Luma3DS.?

What if it's on 9.2 sysNAND, and emuNAND 11.0 firmware on Old3DS.? Would that work.?

It builds the database files. The database doesn't exist is most likely the error. So it rebuilds the database

It make folders for title.db and import.db I think
