Is there blacklist/feature that allows you to turn off overclocking for certain games on the n3DS? Ridge Racer crashes if you have it enabled and whilst diving into the boot up menu via select to turn off the overclocking isn't painful it would be a nice feature if it were possible to be reverted for a single title automatically as this is the first game I've ever encountered with this issue.

No, according to https://github.com/AuroraWright/Lum.../sysmodules/loader/source/patcher.c#L726-L746 it doesn't have such a feature (though it could be added, in fact I vaguely remember a CFW having per-game settings, or maybe it was one of the features I wanted to add in Puma)
