As a new year's resolution I decided to start losing some weight (yay >_>). Here's what I've been doing:

So as you can see I do about 9ish km in 15 on my hometrainer and about 50 setups a day. Is there anything else I can do that isn't too hard and is doable in my room?

Just removing all those unnecessary foods out of your diet could make you lose weight faster than you expect.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises will make you burn fat like no other exercise can.

Example HIIT programme:

- Week 1 (3 workouts)
-- Workout 1: #Exercise 1 for 4 minutes
-- Workout 2: #Exercise 1 for 4 minutes
-- Workout 3: #Exercise 1 for 5 minutes
- Week 2 (3 workouts)
-- Workout 1: #Exercise 1 for 5 minutes
-- Workout 2: #Exercise 1 for 6 minutes
-- Workout 3: #Exercise 1 for 7 minutes
- Week 3 (3 workouts)
-- Workout 1: #Exercise 2 for 7 minutes
-- Workout 2: #Exercise 2 for 7 minutes
-- Workout 3: #Exercise 2 for 8 minutes
- Week 4 (3 workouts)
-- Workout 1: #Exercise 2 for 7 minutes
-- Workout 2: #Exercise 2 for 8 minutes

Exercise 1: Jogging (30 seconds), sprint (30 seconds) [repeat]
Exercise 1: Jogging (50 seconds), sprint (45 seconds) [repeat]

You can see the basic pattern for yourself.

Don't forget to warm up for 5 minutes and do your stretches before working out. Remember to exercise/workout every other day to allow your body to rest and repair. Also drink plenty of water and stick to a healthy diet.

Stick to it and you'll start seeing small changes in both your body and your health soon enough

Are you insane? Even 9.00 Km in 15 mins is 36 km per hour. That's one and a half times the speed of sprinting. I hope you mean cycling. I ran about 20km per hour for 6km and it was the most brutal hell I've been through, and I've gone to Basic Combat Training in the Army.
