Hardware Looking to import an Ice White 3DS

Just as the title says, looking for the cheapest place to order the only color not yet available so far in the US. Preferably the EU edition, since I don't read Japanese.

Recommendations?

They sell pre-owned white 3ds consoles with super mario land for $248 at EB Games. They are all pre-owned and only they sell them.. so I don't know who had them first, so I am sure there are cheaper options available. Word on google suggests they are from Europe, but I question how they managed to work around the region lock to get them working here : /

I wish they would sell the cool colours on the release date. I really want one of these but I fought long and hard to even find a Zelda Edition one.

I'm in the US. Every EB Games I know of turned into a Gamestop, and none of the ones here sell any imports.

Play-asia has some for $230, but I'm hesitant and more than a little cheap. Ebay sellers appear to be on crack, and everyplace else so far is even worse.

For your information, elgarta, AU and EU consoles are compatible with each other, and so are AU and EU games.
The only difference between EU and AU hardware, is the Charger/Wall Plug.

Ontopic: I don't really know any other place than Play-Asia and eBay, being able to send EU 3DS's, but I know about a local Games Store, which imports stuff on request.

While they import, I'm not quite sure if they export.
If they export, they most likely want to have everything covered by you, which the price of the console including VAT, shipping costs, packaging costs, etc.
And I checked, that the cheapest shipping, which guarantees arrival to America, is around € 142,00, excluding the 3DS.
