GCN Looking Hard for a Completed Save File for The Original Japanese Sonic Mega Collection for GameCube

I've been searching everywhere for one. Can someone help me out because I'm getting stressed from the searching. All of the saves that I find are for the Plus update or the USA version..

These are US saves and Jonny Tanna's save didn't work

Isn't an action replay an idea to unlock everything?
