Gaming looking for WBFS tool

I’m so new to this side and not really know when to start my search
I recently got copy of Mario game which I have to install on HHD or flash drive with
Some tool “WBFS “ dose anyone know when I can get it ………..

you can look at these , but id go with ALEXDP's WBFS. I use that one , it works great.
