It indeed doesn't look like it gets bundled with it. All it says it includes is 1x Case, nothing more.

I do believe the stylus is included with the purchase. I found the same exact product at the amazon usa site, and it does state that there is a stylus included. Perhaps the uk seller didn't posts correctly the contents of the bundle. Can the buyer contact the seller and find out of the stylus is included.

Those kind of stylus' are easy to find anywhere. I have 2 pen-like stylus that I got from BestBuy for uber cheap. They are black and white, have the clip and clicker at the top. It says "Nintendo DS" on them instead of 3DS but is that really a preference? Just search under these terms:

nintendo 3ds/ds pen stylus
nintendo 3ds/ds click stylus
nintendo 3ds/ds retractable pen stylus
etc
