Looking for solution: For Luma3ds 10.2.1

So ,i bought a 3ds on Facebook Marketplace this week, and not too much before while i whrite this post my 3ds got this error and doesn´t turn on, the error name is
An exception ocurred
Processor: Arm11 (core0)
Exception type: data abort
Fault status: Alignment
Current Process menu (0004003000008F02)

I saw sometimes similar crashes closing random apps/games i didn´t take relevance to those errors thinking it was normal until now. i tried to find similiar on youtube but i didn´t find nothing helpfull
i add a photo if it makes things a little bit easier

I would try updating Luma3DS to the latest version to see if that resolves your error. 13.2.1 appears to be the latest version and 10.2.1 is pretty old. You can download it from Github and just have to extract the download to your SD card. I believe you have to reset the settings after the first boot with the new version. I usually just check the option for "Show NAND or user string" it is in the middle; the 3rd option from the top IIRC.
