Hi there!
I registered here because I have this fake layton game containing a micro sd card and I'd like to get some help.
Hope I'll get along with you guys

That's an R4 card with the game stored on an unbranded microSD card, similar to the fake Pokémon games and multicarts. Next time, ask your question in the DS section of the forum.
