Hey, everyone! Maybe someone could help me figure out the problem with my Oled. So, yesterday I finally installed picofly with a d0 adapter. However, I get a =* d0 error, and my switch just loads into the original OS. I followed all the instructions and rechecked everything I could - no luck. I tried replacing the d0 adapter and wires - still no luck. Here are the diode readings (taken from the picofly chip):

A - 0.644
B - 1.387
C - 0.651
D - 0.524
GND - 0
3.3v - 0.840

Sp1 and Sp2 = 0.27 ohms

I'd truly appreciate any input. Will try to share some photos as well.

I'm sure it's much better. But since I'm a newbie in this, I feel it's much safer for me to begin with the adapter.

did you flash the firmware to the modchip?

If you get 0.0 on any point (other than ground) you have a short. Do not move forward until you find and correct the source of the short. If you get no reading (Except point B, that is normal) then you have not made a solid connection to the board.

Did you flash the payload correctly onto the RP2040 chip? Sometimes a bad flash can cause the system to boot into the original OS instead of triggering the mod.

Did you properly expose the copper of the emaille wires?
It looks as if they are floating inside the solder :

Same for the DAT0 connection.
If only the tip of the wire is connected, this might cause some noise.
The multimeter diode mode is a very crude way of measuring the connection.

Using a DAT0 adapter should not be a problem at first.
Usually it becomes a problem later.

@thesjaakspoiler It looks weird, yes, but the connection was there. In any case, I resoldered it and the issue is still there.
BUT, There is an update - I went away and did kamikaze mod. I soldered the other end straight to the C point of the Picofly chip, and I still get the same D0 connection error. I'm seriously confused. Is the chip damaged then? It is recognized through USB though. Just flashed it to 2.80. I'm really confused now.
