Gaming Looking for an app like Magic File Renamer

I'm looking or an app to rename files based on the provided parameters.
Currently I'm using Magic File Renamer http://www.finebytes.com/mfr/ and am relatively happy with it, but I'd like to look at alternatives since I find that MFR has a few minor issues.

RegEx is a part of what it offers, yes.
It has some other useful features like:
Letter Case (Upper, lower, MiXeD, Title Case)
Remove/Reduce spaces (all or double space)
Extract/Trim (Use or cuts the first/last X characters)
Replace/Replace List (Find & Replace / Replace all words on a list)
Counter
Name List (Rename based on a list of filenames)
Even supports ID3 tags.
