Does anyone know where i cold find a Tool like the CCCGP, but for the GBA Roms?

Sorry but what is a "CCCGP" ?
I quickly googled it but...

CCCGP is a tool I made that can patch any Game Genie or PAR (ROM writes only so many PAR codes won't work as they are RAM writes) code into NES, GB, GG, SNES, Genesis games so you can cheat on any emulator -- not just those with built-in cheat support.
