Hacking Looking for a specific Flash Hardware kit

None and All.

Flashcards are OS independent -- You just drag/drop the files onto the SD card.
It's the general NDS tools, like ROM unpackers, that are mostly Windows dependent.

Also... WINE Is Not an Emulator.

To be fair, some versions of the firmware for some flashcarts have been distributed as exe files. I have no idea why this is, but it could cause problems for people on non-windows systems.

Pretty sure only sakura comes like that. In an .msi file. You could just wait for someone like Densetsu to upload a system folder or anyone else for that matter.

All other flashcart firmwares I've seen are just .zip and .rar
