yeah, that pretty much it, fighting back the "maybe THIS can run roms if i do *insert random thing*"
only the leaked CFW will run roms without any 3DS flashcard(publicly), there is no secret hidden combination of things that will change that....won't stop people asking though

Are you saying I dont need a Gateway to run backups?
What firmware do I need to be on?
I have 9.1? and ninjahax running on it but as there is just about nothing for it, its kinda a waste. If it could run backups then it'll finally be worth it.
