Homebrew Local Multiplayer DS Emulator?

Hey guys,
is there a good DS Emulator that allows local play (emulating 2 DS systems with 2 applications opened) which keeps the emulation at 100%?
Tried to find the infamous Desmume Multiplayer build but had no success.
