Misc Local Connecting

Plz Help me! I have a Problem with my Dsl with m3 Real perfekt bundle.
when a friend will do "Download game": the download start and i press play in my game.
On my NDsl the signal go down. On my friends NDS display only Nintendo Label and than nothing.
I have enable the download game but it will not work! The best is that Worms work! OmG

press Y instead of presing start or clicking start

oh when we play mario vs. luigi the local connection work.

when i press in minigames 'y' instead 'start game' nothing happen.
