You might have a "franken-firmware" in which case some system titles and possibly NATIVE_FIRM didn't downgrade propperly. I downgraded the second time and it worked but before you try that what can you not get to work?

Also, would anything happen if I deleted everything off my SD card and tried restarting everything? I think I might have messed up a bunch of stuff from quitting one tutorial then doing another and replacing files

From where you are now access the homebrew channel use sysupdater and downgrade with the same files.

The problem is I can't find a way to access hbl because my OOTHax no longer works and browserhax wont work.

It's a pain for browserhax to receive the payload on 9.2.

I'll take that as a no, then. In order for unsigned/illegitimate CIAs to work, you're gonna need a CFW like rxTools, ReiNand, Cakes, etc.

Ok. EmuNAND is not CFW. In fact, you need CFW to even use EmuNAND. You're also going to want to unlink your NANDs. It'll make life easier.
