Hacking Loadiine Ready Backup to WUP Installer Format

Been out of the Wii U hacking scene for awhile now, and I'm looking to convert an old Loadiine backup of Xenoblade Chronicles X so I can install it using WUP Installer Mod Y. I've read up on multiple different threads explaining the process, but I'm finding it very hard to follow, especially since the landscape of the hacking scene has changed since tools like Wii U USB Helper and UtikDownloadHelper have been discontinued. Can anyone please explain to me as to how I would accomplish this?
