This might have been answered already but is there a way to make custom Icons for Loadiine? I injected a bunch of DS games and since none of the have icons for them I want to make some but can't figure out how. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it

Yes, go to the meta folder in the game's folder and search for the "iconTex.tga" file. You need photoshop to edit it, and remember to not change it's size.
If there is no IconTex.tga, just get one from one of your games and edit it, that's what I did with most of my N64 games.

Ok so I have just attempted my first dump at DLC that I own. I downloaded all the DLC through the eshop for my Mario Kart 8 disc. Then I dumped everything with DDD. I assume that the folder with DLC is the one called "aoc0005000c1010ec00" correct? So how do I get that DLC to play through loadiine? I have created a folder called "dlc" directly inside the game folder (next to meta, content and code). I then moved the contents of "aoc0005000c1010ec00" to that folder so it looked like this:

sd:\wiiu\games\Mario Kart 8 [AMKE01]\dlc\aoc0005000c1010ec00\0010\...
\0011\...
\0012\...
...
I enabled dlc for that game in loadiine and no dice.

So next I tried moving everything that was inside of aoc0005000c1010ec00 to the dlc folder. So it looked like this:

sd:\wiiu\games\Mario Kart 8 [AMKE01]\dlc\0010\...
\0011\...
\0012\...
...

Tried again. Still not working. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I think that you have to load it with the Super Smash Bros method

Hi,

i have Mario Kart 8 with both DLCs installed on SD-Card, it starts with loadiine gx2 fine but it freeze all the time when I start the "Animal Crossing" track. Tested in Time Trial and Grand Prix. I already redumped the DLC but it keep freezing. Can someone confirm this? Somone know how to fix?

Update to the latest nightly, you can load it from the installed DLC to avoid weird stuff, no real need to dump it and add it

A few pages back, I saw someone having problems with Splatoon. I, too, cannot get it to load properly - it freezes the console in Mii Maker and Smash Mode. I ripped my copy of the game using DDD, and I'm using the latest build (0.3 r0dffac5). I've ripped 4 other games, and they load correctly, and I've also reripped Splatoon just in case - is it possible something has changed with the latest Loadiine? Is this working for anyone else? Thanks for any assistance.

Edit: Let me answer my own question. I used JNUSTool to download the latest update of Splatoon, & selected the update in loadiine - fired right up in Mii Maker & Smash Mode!

I have the latest nightly (r0dffac5), i didnt just copy the dlc files to the Mario Kart 8 files, i did it as described in the first post. Or did I misunderstand you? Here is my file structure:

All is working fine, but the animal crossing track isnt. Maybe someone who also own the dlcs can test it?

loadiine does not read the aoc folder or mount it from the SD card as far as I know, it uses some function to acquire the title for it on your system installed legit and mounts that instead, so it'll load your installed MK8 DLC instead if you turn on the option in the game's settings

When I delete the aoc folder, mk8 isnt detecting the dlc anymore. The DLC is installed on my console, when I start MK8 from DVD the DLC is working fine (incl. animal crossing road). So I think loadiine read the dlc from sd card...

Yup, press + when looking at the games to download them. This requires the correct Title ID on every game folder on your SD. Refresh by closing GX2. Sometimes it doesn't work though.
You don't have to close GX2, just go to the settings then back out.

loadiine has no access to the real aoc folder, its reading the data from the sd card.

@stardaddler I had a similar problem with pikmin 3 where one extra mission was missing when I only used a clean full game dump + newest update.
When I dumped the the full game with update + aoc installed, everything worked. Turns out that some a few folder were missing in the content folder (some that weren't in the normal update), but a full game + aoc dump worked fine for me.

Can you not take screenshots using the browser while using Loadiine? I tried uploading one to Flickr and it just showed a black image, wouldn't upload.

Now I know how to fix the animal crossing track freeze. You have to copy the Update Content folder to the MK8 content folder (the 'old' update method), then its working fine. When the update is external (like my screenshot above) it freeze (also on the hyrule track btw). Very weird bug.

I attached the logfiles, maybe you can see whats the problem?

Did you ever solve this?

If not, I think your mistake is that you put the aoc folder in a folder called dlc, which isn't right. That aoc folder should be in the same directory where code, meta, content are.

Trying to get the self-hosting stuff working (now I know the Loadiine stuff works).

I am using a Synology NAS as the web server. Do you need to be running a particular version of PHP or will any version work?
