You can download them by using https://gbatemp.net/threads/a-simple-gui-for-funkiiu-funkii-ui.446853/, put them in an install folder on your sd card, install them with http://www.wiiubru.com/appstore/#/app/wup_installer_gx2. Some games (eshop games or VC games) require signatures patched with http://www.wiiubru.com/appstore/#/app/sigpatcher2HBL.
Simple, when you try to install it it will give an error and mention sig-patches. Also, if the game was released on a disk, it does not need sigpatches, as it has a disk ticket and can be installed easily.
Just select the USB option when installing and it will install to the hard drive! Just remember that in order to install games to the hard drive, it will have to be formatted by the wii u, meaning ALL DATA ON IT WILL BE LOST! If you already have files on there/use the usb drive for other things, there should be a better usb loading method soon and by soon i mean nobody really knows when but people are working on it so

No, you put them on a SD card in the "install" folder, and plug the SD card in the Wii U.

USB helper has a nice gui and all kinds of stuff. (checks if downloads are good, can download dlc and updates, tells you if you need cfw to play a game or not, ect) Just try it out and see if you like it

I don't think so, stick with funkiiui. Just dont do too much at a time
You say download on every game you want. It loads it in a queue. Then you download them all at once. Works great
