make sure that you have less than 128 files in 1 folder (that includes .nds .opt .cht .sav .gmc, etc...), if you have more than 128 files, separate your games into different folder like RPG, Action, Pokemon, Favorites, etc...push Start to change folders when needed

I must of hit the limit through the .cht and .opt files being created. Thank you for this info.

I just got my M3i Zero running for the first time today.

Soft reset doesn't work
Cheats don't work
Slow-motion doesn't work
Haven't tried Real Time Save, I'll wager that doesn't work.
Sleep mode doesn't work, it just shuts down.
Touch-pod is unbearably slow.
I get shown a bizarre chinese/japanese error when trying to load Henry Hatsworth, but a key combination lets me play it anyway.
Card performance is poor compared to Acekard 2i, Megaman Starforce 3 played noticably worse.

I'm not impressed.

1. Really? You just got it running today? I seem to recall you posting a couple days ago you got both of yours running with the new energy cable thing. Sounds like you're trolling to me.

2. No one else seems to have these problems you must have a faulty model.

3. It's called Sakura. And yes I know "Sakura doesn't work with soft reset yet" but the unofficial one with the new game engine should.

4. Slow motion doesn't work on some games.

This is gbatemp who cares if someone else is impressed as long as you get your problem fixed and the cheapest flash-cart and are able to bash on other flashcarts you haven't even tried yet you don't care.

That's how we roll.

1. Yes, I was only able to get it working just recently, I'm not lying.
2. It seems possible, but that means I got 2 faulty units from 2 websites.
3. Oh, so Sakura doesn't support soft-reset, whilst the awful touch-pod firmware does? Fan,tastic...
4. I'll have to try some more games.

What the heck were you even trying to say??
I've been using Acekard 2i for weeks, it's great.
I got the M3i Zero working just recently, and it has so many flaws that it's not worth using.

1. Ok I believe you, I just coulda sworn you got em working the other day
2. It's completely possible all retailers out there have pretty crappy shipping and handling
3. Well yes technically but that's because the last official release still runs on the 4.3i touchpod engine, you can download this to get the Sakura that has soft reset working (because a gbatemper added in the 4.3j game engine).
4. Ok

Oh and about that last comment I was more bashing on how gbatemp is over-flooded with too many people who just want to play games and have the cheapest fix so that they can bash on other flashcarts of which they've never owned.

Anyways have fun with your acekard.

@Deltaburnt

As far as I can tell, the m3sakura download has not yet been updated to work correctly. I downloaded the SYSTEM you linked to. It's still running 4.3i and the soft reset still doesn't work.

Yup its still not working with sakura. I did get it to work with real time save by updating a realtime file.

Either the person who posted that didn't actually add 4.3j or you'll have to wait for the next Sakura.

he added 4.3j to the Touchpod, so you could SoftReset in Touchpod but not Sakura

everybody is complaining about Sakura and yet they only update Touchpod...they should make Sakura their first priority!

In my opinion, the M3 Team should discontinue TouchPod completely. The only M3 users who use TouchPod anymore are the ones who haven't heard about Sakura.
People use touchpad for homebrew, so it's not useless

I've said that countless times, I totally agree

Yah that's what dskiosk is for, run homebrew in that in Sakura and they should all work fine.

Just to let users know, if you copy the realtime.dat file from the latest touchpod release and place it in the sakura /SYSTEM/ folder, soft reset does work.

I don't understand how that would work, as the 1.41 + 4.3j has that? Have you tested?

Heres what I did:
1) Download touchpod firmware 4.3j from here.
2) Download Sakura 1.41 from here.
3) Extract the Sakura 1.41 "SYSTEM" folder to the root of your microSD.
4) Extract the touchpod firmware to a temporary place (your desktop, for example), it should give you another "SYSTEM" folder, copy the realtime.dat file from there to the "SYSTEM" folder on your microSD (replace any that are already there).

...and, you should be able to soft reset when clicking the 'Main Menu' option on the RTS menu
