Thats what i call a cool collection, really neat. Do you have some Game boy advance micro?
I have about six of those. Black/Silver/20th/All Black(JP)/All Silver(JP)/Blue(JP). Micros dominate. Though I am partial to the SP.
I'm partial to the Micro's myself, but I don't have as many as you.

I own: 20th (unboxed), 20th (boxed), Silver, All pink (JP), all black (JP). For some reason Zellers was trying to get rid of their stock in 2005/2006 so I picked up 2 20ths and the silver for ~$25 CAD each. The rest were from Play-Asia when they were getting rid of their GBM stock (forget how much they were and when that was).

I've found both the Pokemon themed (yellow/blue and gold/silver color change) at yard sales for less than $5, I think they were pretty common, only one I currently own is atomic purple. Never seen that clear orange on before - that is cool! I bought a brand new Toys-R-Us Pikachu GBS-SP AGS 101 for less than $100 and sold it used (boxed) six months later for $150+ - guess that one is sought after, a neat looking system, brown buttons etc, but the power light showed through the yellow casing, which for me was irritating, Stunning display though, def. the best way to play GB/GBC games - Zelda Seasons/Ages were a blast to play on that.

Still have my Pikachu/Pichu special edition! Looks like the hell got beat out of it though lol.

That's a neat collection. How long did it take you to get all those?
Started collecting them in 2002. Those are all factory sealed except the japanese versions. I picked them up cheap, appx 30-40 bucks each of ebay. They sell for a bit more now. I would have to say the Pokemon Yellow/Blue GBC is my favorite. Just because they used a bunch of different colors for the buttons and case design.
