Hacking Light changing in ds classic question

I have question , i know that there are some nintendo ds classics that after flashme have light changing feature enablet i myself have classic from new production partion, so maybe i will have chance of that feature , cose i want to make a flashme for recovery mode.
But realy question is how many light levels have flashed ds classic ( i heard that four), but my question is is it four levels with light and first without , or is it three levels with light , and first without ?

It's the same as the ds lite.

Light off > level 1 > level 2 > level 3.
