I traded in my DS for a 3DS pre-order, so I can't get onto my DS, but I wouldn't mind the Victini (want the actual one, not a hacked one in the wild).

Is there an Action Replay code for the Liberty Pass or a way to get the mystery gift on Desmume?

just get it from mystery gift once you have your 3DS.
US can get it untill april 10th, and EU can get it untill april 22nd.

didn't work for me

i got he pass from mystery gift but when i get to victini and press A after the dialog it just freezes (sound still plays in bg so i'm assuming it's some kinda AP)

I have a similar but different situation. I'm playing a Japanese copy of White and I didn't even know about the Liberty Pass event until it came out in the states. I'd like to get my Victini too but I no longer have the option of receiving a pass via Mystery Gift.
