ROM Hack Let's Go Cheat: Pause the game when a shiny spawns

Shiny hunting in Let's Go is fun, but shinies often spawn off screen or go unnoticed if you don't constantly watch your switch.

The cheats below will pause your Let's Go game when a shiny spawns - press "A" to unpause and look for the shiny!

Notes:

Don't use these cheats with shiny modifier cheats - some of them will mess with the mechanics and break this cheat. However using pkNX to set a flat shiny re-roll will have the pause cheat work as expected.

If you unpause and don't see a shiny, look around the area - some of them spawn pretty far off screen.

If you own a shiny Pokemon and open your Pokemon box, it will also trigger the cheat to pause - press "A" to unpause.

I already tried google solutions for that problem and saw in reddit and other sx os forum people with the same shinys problem, everything works except the shinys cheats

Please elaborate, shiny cheats work fine for me. Note, I have not tested the one above yet. Is the one posted here, which is new, not working for you?

It's the ones here. It looks like I copied incorrect offsets from my notes for the v1.0.1 updates - I'm double checking the offsets I'm about to update the codes with are correct.

Any chance you can update this to 1.0.2? It no longer works for SX OS for Let's GO Eevee. The other cheats worked fine for me even though they were for 1.0.1 (the max items), but the shiny code no longer works.

The game should pause when I enter the box if I have shinies? Because I do and it's not pausing for me (even though the cheat does show up on edizon and I have it enabled)

I'm using let's go eevee 1.0.0 and I just double checked to make sure I copies the correct code edit: and I'm not using any other cheats at the same time
