Hacking Legit site for ordering carts?

Does anyone here is familiar with r43ds.org ? Seems to be the only site to carry dual core and pro version of R4i.

Due to Paypal banning flashcart sites, they have to use an obtuse method to get around it. So it's just kind of something you have to work with.
