Hardware Left Joycon is not working properly

Hello. Because there is no info about this issue, I’m opening a new thread. I notice that when I play games on my hacked Switch, left joycon is not working properly. In game Yooka Laylee button ZL, when you try to execute buddy slam attack works for the first time, then it stops, and button ZL is useless. In Mercenary Kings, after a while, left thumb stick activates L button, which is for switching weapons, and is impossible to play. I updated Switch and updated joycons and nothing is better. Anybody knows what could be an issue? I guess that there is no mechanical issue, but probably software related? What do you guys think?

Seriously nobody knows? I’m frustrated because I don’t know if this is software related or mechanical problem? Next week I’m gonna buy another joycon to see if it’s mechanical issue. In other games work, in some don’t, it depends if there is control in that L button.
