Homebrew Launching on ds/dsi mod option doesn't show up

Hi, I wanted to change clockspeed and changing if a game was launched with ds or dsi because one of my game (sonic rush) run really slow on somes boss, and I maybe found a solution for running it better.
So I wanted to force launch it on dsi and maybe changing cpu speed, but it's the only game were I can't change that.
I didn' find how to change it in global settings for all games, so I tried to press "Y" when selecting the game, and with my 15 games I installed, sonic rush is the only one that don't have thoses options.
If someone know how to change the "run in" or "cpu speed" for sonic rush, or how to change thoses options for all games at the same time, Thanks !

Sonic Rush cannot be run in either DSi mode or with TWL clock speed, as either option causes the game to crash later on.
