I would get OoT with the black...but some people area saying they are feeling ill shortly after playing it

And that's why you should only trust your first hand experience.

I've seen glowing reviews, I've seen somewhat impressed reviews, I've seen disappointed reviews, I've seen reviews telling people the 3DS will make your head explode.

I tried it myself, and I found no flaws. 3D clicked instantly, was easy to maintain, and didn't hurt my eyes at all.

From all the varried impressions, I've concluded that it's different for just about everyone. Don't go by anyone's personal impressions. Try it yourself.

I'm still trying to decide whether I should give street fighter or samurai warriors a shot. Street fighter has a lot more public opinion suggesting yes but I used to love those samurai warrior style games on PS2 etc.

I'm getting Aqua Blue and Pilotwings Resort. I tried it out at Best Buy today and it was AWESOME! Seriously. It was so cool!

This is definitely worth getting for anyone who likes turn based strategy. Though why it's only available on the 3DS is puzzling and regrettable
