Hacking Launch CFW with Ninjhax exploit?

I'm not fully aware of how rohax, gspwn, and gpuhax work but would it be possible for someone to make the boot.3dsx launch a CFW? Or is it possible for someone to write a new exploit all together using the same entry point that would launch a CFW?

Technically yes, but nobody has had success in getting ARM11 kernel or ARM9 kernel from ninjhax as of yet. And all the people with the knowhow of doing a CFW or something are unlikely to be willing to give up information as to how it's done.
