It can easily be fixed if someone posted a reply in that same forum after a spam thread is deleted. The last post will show as the new post. Although you did already know that. Ignore what I said if you didn't.

I dont know much about this, but I think they just make the threads invisible to regular users. Which may be why it stays in the listing until something else gets bumped.
it's because these pages are contain cached information.
they aren't refreshed too often...
