Portuguese (pt-pt) Language File V15

Hi everyone, here is version 15 of the Portuguese (pt-pt) language file: Download v15 file here

Added entries for USB Loader GX 1 rev489+.

Tested with rev493.

Additions since v14:
-> Added "XMLTitles = Títulos do XML".

Changes since v14:
-> Changed "Restarting = Carregue em Ok para reiniciar" to "Restarting = A Wii irá reiniciar" so it fits in the variable size (20 chars).

Norwegian v6 updated to r494 from source.

XMLTitles does not get translated. Can anyone confirm?

I am also having trouble with these two:

Locked = Låst
Unlocked = Opplåst

Both are cut off before before the "å". I am not seeing this problem elsewhere.

similar with the accents with the file french on locked, unlocked and Error002Fix…

For rev497, dimok make a lot of changes to the files, but he first delete the old ones and upload the new ones, so there are not a full differential to see what was changed. So, i just run line by line checking for changes into the language.c file.

This are the new two phrases:
snprintf(LANGUAGE.Console, sizeof(LANGUAGE.Console), "Console");
snprintf(LANGUAGE.Error002fix, sizeof(LANGUAGE.Error002fix), "Error 002 fix");

So make sure you just add "Console" and "Error002fix" to your translation, and you are fine

T.Chinese V4

Bug Report.
1. Test in r542, when I set Unicode Fix in T.Chinese, characters didn't show correctly. However, if i set Unicode fix in Janpanese, it works.

2. Since r519, when I enable Unicode Fix, the cursor acts like slow motion.

Edit: Bugs have been fixed in r546. Thanks.

Norwegian v7 updated to r542 from source.

I converted the text to UTF-8 code page, and the only way I can get the norwegian special characters to display is when I set the Unicode fix to Japanese.

This is a bug is it not?
