Homebrew Lag on any app or game

Guys, watch videos well. I modified a O3DS of my friend, but he has no lag in any app. You see on freeShop (omitting apps, no pirates) animations are more fluid on its 3DS.
Same thing in some games / apps.
We have the same SD, we tried to swap it, but nothing.

Why is it too laggy on my O3DS?

P.S: Someone who give attention could see the Moon Icon Enabled, so yes, I'm gonna give a try to new Samus game before buy it. Chill haha. (I've a Metroid Prime Collection)

Do you know what b9s version you both have? I heard that v1.3 really boosted things in terms of speed and that.

I've always used the v1.3, because I modded my 3DS one week ago.
So I don't know why my device runs so bad compared to the same other hardware :/
