Hacking L+Down+Select isn't working

I'm hacking my N3DS XL for the 1st time ever.

I think i did everything ok till I get to

1. Launch the Download Play application
2. Press (L) + (Down) + (Select) at the same time to open the Rosalina menu

step.

The Rosalina Menu, starts finne in the HOME, but when i get the "press Start" menu in the SUDOKU game it wont work.

please help me and thanks for all responses.

you cant open the rosalina menu in a DSIware/DS game since it unloads the system menu go into the download play app and do it

I'm so dumb, I thought that the "Download Play Aplication" was the game that I used in the whole process. I was nervous AF

yeah DSIware DS and GBA VC all unload the system firmware
