There is no such thing as an open source exploit. I think you are mistaking it for the cfw atmosphere. Exploits are discovered privately. Exploits are often kept private for the benefit of the homebrew community for future use. She was trusted with the information but she sold it? did you get it now?

I don't really understand why any of this was needed to be made public. Just contact a lawyer and take care of it in court.

Making this all public just makes the drama so much worse, but I guess thats the way these hacking scenes are.

Right, but as I said earlier, whether Kate or Michael is to "blame" really depends on if NVidia knew about the exploit or not and what this "evidence" is that Kate said that they did.
