Definitely not an indictment. It's just common behaviour in this country.

What I am talking about is the obscene lack of respect, generation of drama, poor and questionable leadership skills and how a long stream of terrible decisions has lead ReSwitched to chaos.

IMHO, @SciresM is exhibiting childish behaviors. Certain discussions, especially in a so important group of hackers/developers, should remain private. Once the facts have been ascertained, he may then proceed with the ban, public announcements and so forth. What he did was just put gasoline on the fire, pointlessly. Let's hope the damage he's causing to the scene will be contained and his leadership will be as strong as before.

From @ktemkin side, we have no enough details to start judging. However, what is clear is that she did something without the agreement of the group she is affiliated with.

Can't really give my opinion on this ordeal as there isn't enough information(I tend to always give the benefit of the doubt till theres a lot of evidence) but I can say that if someone was to talk about insider information to another group without permission, if this was in the industry, it would be potentially career suicide and it makes sense to remove said person. But alas, this is a hacking group and not a large corporation so it may or may not be treated differently.
