that's what a "merger" pretty much is...it's just a "delayed" "buyout" and "takeover"

just like what will happen to Nex---oh can't say anything about that yet
Bastards. They do that every time, munch the little publisher and dissolve it. I guess that is life. Business life, that is.

like what Square-Enix did with Edios...and every fucking big larger than life company does when it dominates a smaller one.

I still got fond memories of Super Bonk on the SNES, sweet game. I hope this isn't the end of Hudon's IPs too.

Poor...Bomberman.

Maybe, somebody could buy Bomberman's licence?

If Bomberman ceases to exist because of this, i will hate Konami for this.....
then i'd play Metal Gear Solid and sadly forget that i hate them...
Rage on them, Love KojiPro.

Tbh, I thought it had already been dissolved. I'm surprised it took that long since when Konami acquired it.

R.I.P. Hudson, you died because you kinda went shitty.

Pretty sure Konami will still release Bomberman etc.

It's sad to see a developer that's been around since the early days of gaming disappear, even if they haven't made anything noteworthy for some time.

Mario Party 9 is developped by ND Cube.
Well...I guess it still is kinda sad though.
Anyways, it seems Konami will be absorbing what's left of Hudson. So that likely means that Bomberman 3DS, Bonk 3DS, and all their other upcoming games will not be cancelled.

RIP Hudson, you will be remembered for the TurboGrafx-16, and your classic bee logo. And if Konami decides to drop all of your property, your games will be missed too.
