Hacking Kodi and emulators?

I'm trying to set up some emulators on Kodi, but RomCollectionBrowser isn't listed. Is there a repo I can install it from instead, or is there a better option?

Just get dev mode and install retrix. They are giving dev accounts for free last time i checked.
