Im glad you guys like it. My personal favorites are the Xbox skin and the Tribal skin. Currently using the Xbox one

So how do you change the icon pictures (for games, media, slot 2)? Or do you just place the icon onto the background image in place of where the icon would be?

Yes. The icon is actually a part of the "background image." It's just one whole image.

I apologize in advance for the delay on the FF3/Doom skin. Hopefully i'll finish up atleast the FF3 skin by today.

Im not quite certain about it. But since it does use the same layout, it might. If someone decides to try it out, please tell me if it worked properly or not.

No, but if you would for example get the starcraft skin. The selection boxes will fit perfectly on top of the icons (~1mm difference on each side), so you can use that as a template if you wish. Just put the picture over the one you're working on and decrease its opacity so you can correctly place your icons.

I just tried it and noticed that the left icon was a bit unaligned to the selection box, the other two icons works fine though.
I took the time to fix it and improve it. So for anyone interested, here ya go:
