Mine was only a ISO as well, with a .rar and a .txt inside. I guess it's the same than yours..

Packing the file like this at all most likely makes it fake. As in there's no iso of the actual game at all.

I agree, Kirby Adventure is an amazing game, one of my top NES games. Return to Dreamland is looking just as good so far.
