Hacking Kingston microSD clones?

I've heard of "beware of china clones" and such when it comes to just about anything hardware related, and it just so happens the Kingston 2 gig microSD I just got says on the back:

"www.kingston.com/china/products"

o.O

Common sense tells me a "shady clone" wouldn't advertise itself so blatantly, so just thought I'd check with you guys to see if I'm merely thinking too much into it :X

They can still do, who knows... run some tests

Hmmm...does it say CHINA on the front? It doesn't have to say made in just the name of a country like JAPAN, TAIWAN, or CHINA.

Front of the actual microSD card itself says "JAPAN", guess that means I'm safe? XD
