As some of you may know, Square was streaming an event to 10,000 lucky guys who won a contest. Well, a lucky guy uploaded this Trailer and well, here it is.

It looks graphically like the PS2 versions (or better? I couldn't see in detail) and the gameplay seems extremely more fast paced than the previous games.

Also, aparently this one will be about

SPOILERS ABOUT RE:CODED'S SECRET ENDING AND POSSIBLY KH 3

Sora and Riku's Mark of Mastery Exam (what would explain the really enhanced skills shown in the trailer, they are getting to the level of a Keyblade Master like Aqua/Terra/Ven).
At first, I thought the Exam would be left for Kingdom Hearts 3 but I guess KH3 will have no breaks and be intense from beginning to end (fanboy faith? don't blame me)

So, for those who whine about wanting a KH 3 (not that I don't) this game, as said before, is heavily tied to KH 3. It IS main story, not just a spin-off. And it looks amazing.

Waouh ! Amazing ! I need one !
It's a shame that Nintendo can't release it in the same time of the 3DS, it must have been my first game ! 8D

it can't be about their exam... this is before Kingdom Hearts 2... they are wearing their "Kiddie" Clothes, and jugging by the title this probably never happened, its a dream or a parallel universe or something. still fucking awesome though!

It can, remember, it's Kingdom Hearts, everything can be.

Also

First of all, it was confirmed that Sora and Riku will take the Exam and this trailer begins with Yen Sid saying that again. Second, you play as Sora and/or Riku in this game, suspicious? kinda obvious I say. And third, what if they are taking the exam in order to prepare them to stop Kingdom Hearts release? I personally don't believe this last one but that would explain the kiddie clothes.

Also, what if they take the exam in a dream? Or what if it's connected with Ventus being asleep? Dreams mean a lot to Disney, not just what flashes through your mind when you're sleeping

Don't let the kiddie clothes fool you. This takes place directly after coded. The Mark Of Mastery exam can be anything the master wants it to be. Remember during the intro of BBS Mickey was on a raft in an ocean but all that was just an illusion made by Master Yen Sid to train Mickey. We can safely assume this but it isn't certain.

Well, the name is kinda fail, but that gameplay is pant-tighteningly awesome. Another great game added to my ever increasing 3DS 'To Buy' list. I better see about getting a real job, working at JJB is never gonna cover all this...

I didnt like the name at first, but after seeing the like crazy within 10 minutes, i kind of like it now, i cant wait for this game, i wonder how the mark of mastery tests will be

What the-? That gameplay blew my mind! I hope the title correlates to the game more than that trailer showed. That gameplay is just, wow.

1:32 to 1:38 made me jizz.

I need this game now more than ever.

Not really diggin the name, but I think it'll make more sense when the trailer is subtitled or I have the game in my hands.

At least the name is better than "358/2 Days"

Kingdom Hearts:Parkour, I say!

Good god though, I loved what I saw, gameplay wise. Jumping all over the walls and flying off railings. Now THAT is looking to be a lot of fun. and hopefully there's a freestyle kinda mode where you can throw in all different kinda movements together.

Storyline wise
, it's obviously placed after KH2/RE:Coded. My reasoning behind their old clothes is that, Sora and Riku have technically already gone through a shit ton of trial-and-tribulation ordeals. Yen-Sid is probably just sending them back to the beginning and having them train, his way, through the same situations. [hopefully not all of them though, we've had enough KH1 reliving already]

Overall, I'm SUPER excited for this, Despite the name rubbing me wrong [I'll just stick to 3D]

I disagree. Dream... Drop... Distance... right... they went from being cryptic, awesome titles like Birth by Sleep and 358/2 Days to Dream Drop Distance. Crappy name aside, the combat looks awesome and fast paced but I hope they spiced things up and didn't make this another watered down BBS system like Re:coded.

Dream Drop Distance sounds like street slang for drugs or something.

Really not interested in this game. Haven't liked any of the handheld KH games or any of the main series ones really. I'll pass and save my cash for Snake Eater.

OH **** SORA SWINGING ON LAMP POSTS AND RIKU JUMPING FROM WALL TO WALL.

Epix. don't like the name all that much. I'll just keep calling it KH3D.
