ROM Hack Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days (U)?

So I have come across many videos showing the game with weapon swaps and such, but I have yet to come across a working set for the (U) and/or (E) release of this game.

do they exist at this point, or are we still just a bit behind on the scene for those two releases of this game?

I know the whole rom hack thing, but I'd like to get my hands on some codes if possible.

Well, I mean it should be possible to figure this out, I just have no idea how to read hex and stuff to make cheats. But, this has been done for the (J) game, just not (U) or (E)...
