    I want to play the european version, but i have to patch at the same way of the japanese/usa rom to fix the black screen?
    the hex editor doesn't find the string 010E5DC and i don't know what to do...i think there are some difference from usa- eu...
    i hope someone will help me ^ç^

    It's the same, you have to find the hexadecimal values.

    Yeah, that's the problem! the hex editor doesn't find the values! i don't know why!

    You could try to play the USA version, no difference and there are some patches for it.

    I had the same problem as yours, I also just searched for the 010.. value. But you have to change the settings so it seeks for the hexadecimal values.. Maybe you look around and if you don't have succes, take the hex editor from this thread:

    I have XVI32 too... i'm going to use a prepatched rom...
